Rick's note: Please note that the restrictive GPL v3 is *NOT* a
  compatible licence, so if parts of this code are included in a
  GPL project, or become GPLised, then you must specify the
  covering licence to be GPL v2 *ONLY*, and not the boilerplate
  "GPL v2 or any later version"... because that would imply the
  GPL v3 could be used, which is a licence INCOMPATIBLE with the
  text and the spirit of the EUPL.
